Do you need help reading plans and laying out your project? Or maybe you are trying to decide on the right product to use and understand the correct sequencing for your trades on your project. You don’t have to figure it out alone! Our cabinetry consulting service is designed to help you start smart, avoid delays, and make confident decisions from day one. Whether you’re remodeling a kitchen or building new, we’ll: - Recommend cabinet lines that fit your space and budget. - Help plan realistic timelines and delivery expectations. - Guide you on finishes, fillers, panels, and layout details. - Even meet you on-site to walk the job and answer questions.
Cancellation Policy
Consulting Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Build Right for your cabinetry consulting needs. To provide every client with a focused and reliable experience, please review the following booking policy before confirming your appointment: Session Time Limit All consultations are limited to one hour. If additional time is needed, a second session may be scheduled in advance. No-Show and Rescheduling Policy Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds. Each appointment may be rescheduled one time only, and at least 24 hours’ notice is required to do so. Missed or rescheduled appointments beyond this policy will require a new booking and payment. On-Site Consultations and Travel Fees If your consultation requires travel to a physical site, additional fees apply based on distance from Elizabeth, Colorado. Travel is charged at a rate of $150 per 20 miles, rounded up to the next increment. For example: 0–20 miles = $150 21–40 miles = $300 41–60 miles = $450, and so on Travel time is calculated as billable consulting time and must be paid upfront along with the standard consulting fee. You will be informed of the travel charge before confirming your appointment. Payment Terms Full payment for inital hour is due at the time of booking. If a travel fee applies, it will be added and must be paid upfront to reserve the in-person appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Cancellations Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once. Scope of Service This consulting service is intended to help clients make decisions regarding cabinetry selection, layout considerations, finish options, and scheduling strategy. This does not include purchasing products, providing installation labor, or drafting full project documents unless separately agreed upon in writing.
